The Origen AE S10V is a pure HPTC case. It is compact and features a VFD with an integrated IR receiver for that Vista MCE remote. You will not find custom software or unneeded features inside this case, which makes it such a perfect choice for that big, 1080p TV you have in your living room.

MSI NX8800GT-T2D512E OC Review
NVNews posted a review on the MSI NX8800GT-T2D512E OC

Even at the resolution of 1920x1200, the MSI NX8800GT is such a strong competitor to the GeForce 8800 GTX, that the same AA settings that were reported at the resolution of 1680x1050 are also reported here. Once again, the NX8800GT is outperforming the GeForce 8800 GTX in Dark Messiah and in two of the three settings in Oblivion.

EnzoTech Sapphire CPU Water Block Review
Virtual-Hideout posted EnzoTech Sapphire CPU Water Block Review

When EnzoTech told us about their newest CPU cooler, it wasn't a big surprise since water cooling is still the most cost efficient and aggressive form of cooling. While phase cooling may be a more extreme form of cooling, it isn't affordable and is really intended for extreme overclockers. Since we're partial to what gives you the best cooling performance per cost, we were honored to receive the EnzoTech Sapphire CPU Water Block. It's EnzoTech's first premiere launch in to the water cooling market. And incidentally, they also released the SNBW-SLI (Northbridge) Water Block which looks to further compliment the CPU cooler since most users who go for that excellent system overclock will also appreciate a well cooled Northbridge chipset. Unfortunately, that wasn't included in the box. None the less, let's take a look at the Sapphire Water Block.

Kingston HyperX KHX9600D2K2/2G DDR2 2GB Memory Kit Review
TrustedReviews have looked at the Kingston HyperX KHX9600D2K2/2G DDR2 2GB Memory Kit.

The Kingston didn't come close to its enormous 1,200MHz rated speed on our Abit P35 test platform but neither did the OCZ we used for comparison. Of course that's disappointing but the KHX9600 was rock-steady and delivered sterling performance at a surprisingly reasonable price.

ATP ToughDrive mini Review
Overclockers Online has posted a new review on the ATP ToughDrive mini

There's no denying the fact that ATP Inc's ToughDrive mini is at the top of its class. Packaged in a small rubber casing, the look was simple but the performance packed a heavy punch. As the name implies, if you need a durable drive and want to tough it out through sand, snow and abuse, this drive won't let any of that get in its way. This tiny monster has certainly surpassed my expectations.

Gigabyte GA-P31-DS3L Review
OCC has published a new review of the Gigabyte GA-P31-DS3L

The GA-P31-DS3L acts like both Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. As a budget desktop offering, it is the mild mannered Dr. Jekyll. Start playing in the M.I.T. section of the BIOS and Mr. Hyde comes out to play. That can be taken one of two ways, very good or very bad. In this case, it is very good. I was pleasantly surprised to see a budget offering overclocking like some of the better known hardware on the market. I was able to adjust the front side bus up to 465MHz with the default multiplier on the E6750 and stopped at 425x8 with my Q6600 used in this review. In no way was I expecting the overclocking results that I pulled from this board. It was not the best in every benchmarking category, but it was at least comparable to its big brothers' performance when it was not exceeding their results.

OCZ Platinum PC3-12800 Enhanced Bandwidth 2x1GB DDR3 RAM Review
APH Networks has published a new review on the OCZ Platinum PC3-12800 Enhanced Bandwidth 2x1GB DDR3 RAM

It's been ages since we've last reviewed some RAM. Memory modules are always interesting products to review -- and from that sense we actually have two RAM reviews in addition to this one coming up within the next month or so; in which one is provided by A-DATA and the second one coming from Super Talent. That aside, what's important is that we'll be taking a look at OCZ's Platinum PC3-12800 Enhanced Bandwidth Edition 2x1GB DDR3 memory (Long name, isn't it?). Yes, that's right -- our first spotlight review on next-generation DDR3 RAM. Last month, we compared the DDR3 Asus P5K3-Deluxe against its DDR2 counterpart, the Asus P5K-Deluxe, as well as benchmarks done on this very pair of RAM in our Asus P5E3-Deluxe/WiFi-AP@n motherboard review last week. Needless to say, we've got tons of experience with these OCZ modules -- and today we'll tell you everything we know about it. Hardware attributes, benchmarks, overclocking, you name it!

Samsung SyncMaster 245T Review
TrustedReviews have looked at the Samsung SyncMaster 245T

There's little denying the quality of the Samsung 245T. It's incredibly versatile with plenty of connectivity, adjustment and a simple and attractive design. Add in the 97 per cent colour gamut and 1:1 pixel mapping at 1080p and you have a recipe for greatness. However, the Motion Picture Acceleration mode is disappointing, while the slightly uneven backlight is a cause for concern. As such, at this time the price needs to come down a fair amount before we can recommend it wholeheartedly.

SimpleTech SimpleDrivePS 160 GB Portable HDD Review
HardwareLogic posted a review on the SimplteTech SimpleDrivePS 160GB Portable HDD

An image from a high end digital camera can exceed five megabytes. Recorded TV and (legally) stored movies approach 10 gigabytes. Transporting files via email is often not an option because of size or sensitivity of material. Server uploading and downloading is an option, but can be slow -- especially if you are wireless. Burning to DVD or CD can work -- or it can lead to the "DVD as Still Life" syndrome -- where an office is salt-and-peppered with hundreds of unlabeled DVD's and CD's. You need a large, portable, rewritable, rugged option.

The ASUS EN8600GT OC Gear really didn't impress us with its performance prowess, but it did have a host of other features and options that distracted us enough to make us feel pretty good about this graphics card. While the card's GPU and memory clocks are much lower than other 8600GTs available, gamers definitely have the option and opportunity to overclock this card past what vendors have achieved.

Zaward Twin Towers Review
XSReviews has reviewed the Zaward Twin Towers chipset cooler

Your chipset is usually covered with a trailing length of heatpipes connected to several 'node' heatsinks, combining anything hot into one heat removing clump of metal. While this method works, once you start overclocking, the PWM area's heat is passed to the Northbridge and vice versa, lowering the potential money-saving extra frequency.

There are stand alone chipset coolers out there, but more often than not, you don't have the option of using them. Due to the single-piece cooling system motherboards use, you can't just remove the chipset part as the other sections are left naked. The other problem is compatibility as you have to squeeze the new cooler into a position where it doesn't conflict with a graphics card or even your CPU cooler.

Today I have the Zaward Twin Towers which hopefully will be able to beat these issues.

With internal hard drives getting bigger and bigger these days, that means the size of backup media is also going to have to increase. Of course the DVD method is great, but when your backing up a hard drive it can become an incredibly time wasting process to burn many DVDs. If you are upgrading chances are you will be looking into getting some DDR3 memory. There are so many memory companies on the market it can be a little confusing what memory is best suited for your setup. Fact is, most new motherboards on the market accept DDR3 memory. Don't get me wrong, there are still plenty of motherboard's that accept DDR2 memory and DDR2 is still as faster or faster than DDR3. The big plus with DDR3 memory is higher speed.

Ultra's X3 600W & 1,000W PSUs Review
Bit-Tech published a review of Ultra's X3 600W & 1,000W PSUs

The Ultra X3 600W and 1,000W units overall are fantastic bits of kit - they look as good as you can get and have an awesome set of cables to complement the shiny gunmetal box. If you need a 1,000W model then the Tagan or Enermax might still be slightly better options in terms of absolute performance though. The Ultra X3 600W is an excellent choice for those wanting a mainstream unit and although it may cost a bit more, it's certainly a worthwhile investment. Many will still love the highly recommended Corsair HX620, and quite rightly so, but the 600W X3 should be considered quite a serious contender to it because it does just about everything right.
