You will need the "Windows Compatibility Toolkit". Within the "WCT" you will have to create an entry for the apache95 executable. I really have not much of a clue when it comes to how the WCT works or it's various options so I basically created a shortcut in WCT for Apache with all the emulation options enabled.
The game works perfectly under windows 2000.
