The video will work fine, but you need to download the latest softpaq for the modem/NIC, sound, and floppy. The NEC USB floppy driver and VIA sound drivers are WDM, so they will install flawlessly under Windows 2000, even they are written for Windows 98. For the modem/NIC driver, search around the Compaq Presario Notebook Communities and find out the correct softpaq # for it.
