Installs OK but when I tried to run it I got an error message saying "The Jagged Alliance 2.5 CD was not found. Program will now exit." I of course had the CD in and the CD drive works OK with every other game.

I try to install the game but no action occurs. The hourglass appears but then disappears again after a second or two.

Occasional crashes when playing the samples for Mercs or NPC speech (which didn't happen when I played Jagged Alliance 2 Gold on the same PC).
