Partially working. The device will be recognized & display properly IF you apply the beta-nt patch for the saitek sge software. Only hitch is, the saicnfig.exe will not recognize the game program being launched. More specifically, it will not launch the game profile. I did a clean install & not an upgrade. The upgrade process, may have different results, but i doubt it as this seems to deal with something in the registry and using the emulation for win95/98/me does not work (emulation prg is part of winxp). www.saitek.com
