t-break posted a review on the Acer Aspire M Touch

The Acer Aspire M Touch was one of the first laptops to come with Nvidia’s new Kepler based graphics card, showing off the true potential of the new architecture in such a slim chassis. With the release of Windows 8, however, things need to be stirred up a little, and so the new Aspire M Touch comes with some new goodies packed in the same body.

Design

With the M Touch Acer have kept the design extremely simple, and it works in their favor. The metal top and keyboard base feel nice, while the plastic panels on the inside of the screen and the bottom of the chassis blend in nicely. At just 2cm high, the M Touch weighs in at 2.1kg including a DVD writer. All the ports are on the rear end of the M Touch, with three USB 3.0 ports with HDMI, Gigabit LAN and a 3.5mm audio jack. Moving all the ports on the back turned out to be rather controversial in the Tbreak office, as some liked the clutter of wires away from the eyes behind the screen, while some find it inconvenient to hook up USB drives in the back.
