Again with the USB to IDE

Dan's Data has posted a review on another USB to IDE solution
The R-Driver II USB to IDE adapter cable is, yes, another one of those cheap quickie bridge hardware gadgets that lets you plug a bare ATA device into a USB port.
Unusually, though, this one
(A) has a connector for 2.5 inch laptop drives as well as the regular 40 pin plug, and
(B) seems to actually work as advertised.
