AMD A10-6800K Cracks 8.00 GHz Mark @ techPowerUp
AMD's new A10-6800K "Richland" APU is turning out to be quite the chip for competitive overclocking. Finnish overclocker "The Stilt" cracked the 8.00 GHz mark with the chip. Skills aside, "The Stilt" relied on liquid-nitrogen cooling that kept the chip at -185C, a core voltage of 1.992V, a base clock of 126.99 MHz (~127 MHz), and 63.0x BClk multiplier. All four cores were enabled during the feat. Other key components of the bench include an ASUS F2A85-V Pro motherboard, and 2x 4 GB dual-channel memory of an unknown make, running at 1692 MHz (DDR)

Computex 2013 Madshrimps Style @ Madshrimps
Even though CeBIT still is one of the biggest tradeshows in Europe, most big vendors seem to slowly but steadily be less and less present at the Hannover hallen. Most of the big names, either have rented hotel suites outside the CeBIT fair or are solely represented at the Planet Resellers booth. Secondly most new hardware launches are done at CES in Las Vegas or at the center of the computing world, Taipei City in Taiwan. This year we opted to go to the Computex Tradeshow to visit an old friend and gather with some of world's most famous overclockers. Time to bag up and head inbound Taiwan !

XFX Radeon HD R7790 Video Card @ Benchmark Reviews
he PC graphics card industry has been somewhat turned on its head in 2013. As consumers, we've grown accustomed to the annual launches of a new and improved series of GPUs from both sides of the competition. The Radeon HD line has followed this pattern for a while now. With AMD's announcement of the 8000M series plans at the end of 2012, everything seemed to be progressing normally. Throughout Q1, 2013, however, we have been kept waiting for a retail desktop GPU release. With confusing rhetoric in their press releases, it almost appeared as though AMD had disappeared completely from the desktop market this year.

As it turns out, AMD's graphics plans seem to have taken an unexpected turn. Rather than seeing 8000 series GPUs, we are hearing from AMD that their existing line of 7000 series GPUs are stable through 2013. AMD has ensured consumers that this does not mean they won't be releasing any new GPUs in 2013 and the first proof we have of that is the release of Radeon HD 7790. Manufacturing partners are now releasing their versions of the Radeon HD 7790 and Benchmark Reviews has received a sample of the XFX Radeon HD R7790 video card for testing. This article is dedicated discovering what XFX has done with the latest Radeon HD 7000 series GPU, the 7790.

In Win D-Frame Red Case Review @ Techspot
With today's flooded chassis market, we're often forced to focus on the more unique options offered by the likes of Cooler Master, Corsair, Lian Li, Antec, Silverstone, and a few other top brands. Over the years, we've had the pleasure of handling plenty of enclosures, but none from the folks at In Win -- a surprise considering they've been in the game since 1985.

Before last year, no In Win cases really caught our attention. That changed when we spotted the open-air X-Frame midway through 2012. Although the X-Frame was fairly featureless and extremely expensive, its unusual construction proved interesting enough to win over many enthusiasts. Following the X-Frame's success, In Win introduced the H-Frame -- a similarly unique and equally pricey chassis with a feature list that includes eleven diamond-cut aluminum plates.

NZXT FZ-200 200mm Case Fan Review @ HiTech Legion
The NZXT FZ-200 is a 200mm fan rated at a whopping 103CFM at a mere 20dBA at 800rpm. While I reference the Phantom 630, it is naturally at home in any case where a 200mm fan is needed. The FX-200 is available in the standard NZXT black/white color scheme, and is also available with LED in blue, green, orange, red and white. LED models have an on/off switch included, which can control up to two fans, and brightness of the LED changes along with the fan speed. All models include a 4-Pin Molex adapter with bypass and black mounting screws.

Gigabyte GTX 780 WindForce 3X OC Review @ Hardware Canucks
NVIDIA’s GTX 780 is by far the fastest single GPU card currently available but it does come with a high price. At $649 it may not be as costly as a GTX TITAN or GTX 690 and actually finding one is becoming increasingly difficult but the GTX 780 is nonetheless quite popular. In order to capitalize on this Board partners like Gigabyte are striving to add some more value to this equation by creating their own custom versions with better cooling, higher clock speeds and upgraded components. More importantly, with a slight frequency increase the GTX 780 has the capability to run head to head against the $999 TITAN.

Mad Catz S.T.R.I.K.E. 5 Adjustable Gaming Keyboard @ NikKTech
Technologically speaking the Computer Keyboard has gone a long way since its inception back in the early 1970s but no matter how one sees it its design has remained virtually the same ever since. Microsoft was the one to start the keyboard design "evolution" with their natural/ergonomic keyboard lines back in the 90s but it wasn't really up until roughly a decade ago that we witnessed the gaming peripherals revolution which really changed the way we see keyboards. Even so although gaming keyboards featured several aesthetic and performance additions which aimed to improve efficiency/speed while gaming the design remained pretty much the same. Mad Catz is perhaps the only manufacturer that really pushed the envelope when they released their truly unique S.T.R.I.K.E. 7 adjustable gaming keyboard several months ago but unfortunately although impressive both in terms of quality and features its price tag was set higher than what most people can afford. Well Mad Catz thought of that as well when developing the S.T.R.I.K.E. keyboard line and so today with us we have it's less expensive but equally impressive brother the S.T.R.I.K.E. 5 adjustable gaming keyboard.

Kingston HyperX Beast Review 64GB DDR3-2133 Quad Channel Memory @ HCW
There are certain PC hardware components that seem to be as much about overkill as actual performance. The X79 platforms allows for over the top builds like overclocked $1000 CPUs, multiple $1000 video cards, and terabytes of SSD storage. Today we’re looking at a Kingston HyperX Beast kit that fits in perfectly well with such a build – a 64 GB memory kit (8 x 8GB) that comes clocked at 2133 MHz without overclocking.
