Hardware Zone has posted a review on the AOC Spectrum 7Klr 17-inch Flat Screen CRT Monitor.
Offering a dot pitch of only 0.25 mm, tapered neck, medium-size based and flat screen display, the AOC Spectrum 7Klr is able to display images with a resolution up to 1600 x 1200 dpi @ 75Hz (V). The large in-set Shuffle Dial offers 20 options that include Contrast, Bright, H-Center, H-Size, V-Center, V-Size, Zoom, Pincushion, Trapezoid, Pin Balance, Parallelogram, Rotation, 6500K CT, User Color Adjustment, 9300K CT, Degauss, H-Moire Reduce and Recall.
At first, we thought the parallel geometry was out-of-line, but we managed to align the horizontal and vertical geometry OSD tweaking. We also noticed that the display tube-housing upper unit moves a bit too loosely on the base stand, thus the front of the display will tilt down if bumped unintentionally or moved slightly. Some slight adjustments to the base should solve this minor irritating aspect.
