OCW has posted a review on the ASrock K8Upgrade-760GX Socket 754 with upgradable 939CPUboard
This is the first Socket 754 board that supports the ASRock Future CPU Port: Socket939 upgrade interface for ASRock 939CPU Board, Integrateed. Mirage2 Graphics with DirectX8.1 support, AGP8X, Hybrid Booster, SerialATA 1.5Gb/s, RAID 0,1,JBOD, SATA_HDD Hotplug, USB2.0, 5.1channel Audio, 10/100 Ethernet LAN.
With the 939CPUBoard (daughter board), we plugged in a FX-53 processor and set the jumpers on board to support the Socket 939 CPU. We also managed to overclock the Socket 754 3400+ to 8 x 252MHz.
