Kingston's new HyperX 3K 240GB has been fighting an uphill battle from the day it was first introduced. Drives sporting its integral SandForce SF 2281 have been on the market for the better part of a year and many are well established while selling at lower price points. But Kingston does have some tricks up their collective sleeves which may allow yet another cookie-cutter drive stand apart from the competition.

The Epic Gear Meduza Gaming Mouse features HDST (hybrid dual-sensor technology), an ergonomic shape and 6 fully programmable buttons. The mouse can be set to operate in three different modes (optical, HOST, laser), each with its own DPI settings. It can also store 5 different profiles thanks to the 128KB onboard memory and the LED light effects can be completely turned off via the software interface.

The Samsung Series 5 550 Chromebook laptop provides a cloud-based computing experience from within a traditionally-designed laptop. It sports an improved Google Chrome OS interface, 3G-cellular connectivity, a comfortable keyboard and a good-quality display. Not without its downsides, however, as it runs quite hot and the need for an Internet
connection.
