EDGE Tech Corporation has been a manufacturer of peripheral computer hardware for two decades, but only recently have they offered enthusiast storage solutions. New for 2011, the EDGE Boost Pro SSD offers SATA 6GB/s transfer speeds using the latest second-generation SandForce SF-2200 solid state controller technology. EDGE Tech specifies the Boost Pro SSD as capable of 550 MB/s read speeds and 85,000 IOPS write operations. NZXT Source 220 Case Review
OCC has published a review on the NZXT Source 220 Case

Opening the case up and taking a peek from both sides of the case, it's a near spitting image of the NZXT Tempest 210. I honestly can't find any difference other than the front panel and loss of one fan on the side panel. This case is down to the bones a NZXT Tempest 210. A creative and cost efficient move on NZXT's part - no wonder they can sell a couple of these bad boys at such low prices to consumers.

Lian Li PV-V600FR Review
PureOverclock posted a review on the Lian Li PV-V600FR case

Lian Li has recently gone with products that fill a wider range of selection, rather than just the full towers they are historically best known for. The Lian Li PC-V600FR Micro ATX chassis comes in a few different flavours, sporting different sizes and windowed or non-windowed packages, but each have the same basic aesthetic styling, design features, and a few classic Lian Li cues thrown in for good measure. This premium all-aluminum Mini Tower chassis from Lian Li is designed specifically for the enthusiast, who is looking for first and for most, quality, beauty, and functionality, and all this in a small platform that won't break the bank.

Corsair Professional Series HX1050 Power Supply Unit Review
eTeknix.com posted Corsair Professional Series HX1050 Power Supply Unit Review

Corsair are widely renowned for their top-quality components ranging from RAM to cases that cater for the enthusiast market. One area where Corsair has always delivered are power supplies- Corsair has always provided high-quality units ranging from their budget Builder series all the way up the enthusiast AX-series.

Both the high and mid range PSU markets are heavily saturated with the vast majority of case manufacturers jumping on the PSU bandwagon, as a result, many manufacturers looks to sell their products with various USPs such as the NeteQ unit I reviewed a while ago that had an advanced fan control system, or units that dress to impress bringing a vast array of LEDs and unique paint jobs to the table. What I respect Corsair for is sticking to their current market and trying to beat the competition with raw performance the old fashioned way rather than coming up with 'innovative' ideas that turn out to be useless. Because, let's face it, a PSU has a boring job that does not require any additional accesories to operate more effectively, it just wants to be placed into the corner of the chassis and left to do it's job! That is exactly what Corsair have been good at for many years, providing raw power and performace that will look pretty and give you no worries for many years to come.

ASUS GeForce GTS 450 Direct CU Silent Video Card Review
TweakTown posted a review on the ASUS GeForce GTS 450 Direct CU Silent Video Card

The GTS 450 from NVIDIA launched a little over a year ago; on September 13th, 2010 to be exact. For that reason, you can't help but imagine my surprise when ASUS wanted to shoot over a new version of the card as it was introduced to the new Direct CU Silent family.

Knowing there's a clear market for low end silent cards, I was happy to look at it, but I knew that running it through our normal benchmark line-up was a bit pointless. Instead we'd use our smaller format here today to look at it and just cover what it does and who will most likely use it.
