CoolTechZone.com posted a Thermaltake Eureka Home Server Case Review

Thermaltake is a longtime maker of PC cases, and over the years, the company has expanded into other categories as well. Now that PC cases are starting to mature, in that they don’t look overly designed and quite sleek actually, it was really a pleasure to work with Eureka.

MadPenguin.org posted the do's and dont's of Hiring a Developer

Perhaps it's just me, but I’m having a difficult time understanding Mark Shuttleworth, the Ubuntu founder, when he figured that openly trying to recruit developers from other Linux projects was a good idea. Doing so in a mailing list in the manner that he did was, to be brutally honest, in very poor taste. As luck would have it, the response has not been too exciting thus far.

TrustedReviews have looked at the Panasonic ToughBook CF-W5

I first saw this new ToughBook back in September when Panasonic invited me out to its facility in Wales. Even now, this is still a pre-production unit, rather than a full retail sample, but it's pretty close to the final build. Like the ToughBook CF-W4 before it, the CF-W5 is an ultra-portable semi-rugged notebook - so you're not going to be throwing it onto the ground, standing on it and dousing it in water, like you would a ToughBook CF-29! But that's not what this little notebook is all about, the CF-W5 is designed to be thin, light and durable enough to withstand the daily grind.

It's been quite a while since we've reviewed a Thermaltake product. In the computer cooling industry, Thermaltake is no doubt a major player. Many of Thermaltake's cases are top notch; and in terms of aesthetics, I can confidently say that many of their designs appeal to my tastes. Not only that; popularity of their products amongst both consumers and computer enthusiasts has been quite strong during the past few years. Let's go over how well this case contains our computer equipment as well as its performance in keeping the temperatures at optimal level.

techPowerUp posted a review on the Apevia X-Cruiser

Apevia is the new company name of Aspire. The Apevia X-Cruiser sports three gauges with blue light as well as a window for a small price tag. While the inside is quite simple and does not feature anything out of the ordinary, the outside look of the case did bring a smile to our face, especially considering the price tag and multiple color choices available.

If you are looking for a card around the $200 mark, then be sure to see the performance of the X1950PRO first! This particular card retails for less than the 7900GT in which it competes, but which takes the top spot?

ThinkComputers.org posted a review on the Auzentech X-Meridian 7.1 Sound Card

We all know them, our one friend who is completely obsessed with their PC's audio performance. They generally spend hundreds on the top of the line sound cards, the best studio quality head phones, and a completely absurd amount on 5.1 and 7.1 surround sound audio systems. As computer graphics get more and more realistic the quality of the computer's sound must improve now and many of us have seen that onboard audio simply cannot deliver without a massive cost of PC performance. Auzentech has recently released the X-Meridian 7.1 which is capable of delivering audio that will make your audiophile friend start drooling.

Overclockers Online has posted a new review on the Foxconn G9657MA-8KS2H

I don't have much anything negative to say about the 9657MA-8KS2H and how could I? The specifications and feature list is as long as a full size motherboard, the performance seems to be on par with its older brother the P965x chipset as well as the 975x chipset, and the price is something that will not hurt many people. The G9657MA-8KS2H is almost like a full sized motherboard squeezed into a m-ATX form factor complete with the m-ATX price tag.
