Global-Win is a long time heatsink manufacture, and the definitly have their name known in the cooling sector of the industry.

With the large amount of copper heatsinks being released, some people are having trouble when deciding on a cooler. Many coolers such as the ThermalRight SK6, and the OCZ Gladiator offer similar designs, but in many cases a difference in performance.
