Hexamail Guard offers server-based spam blocking which allows effective server spam filtering. Now the newly released version 2.0 makes the Hexamail solution the most comprehensive on the market, by allowing user control and management of their spam.
Cambridge, UK - May 14th, 2004 - Hexamail Ltd., the leading software company specializing in intelligent email routing, management, auditing and spam blocking software, announced today that it has released the latest version of its Hexamail Guard antispam software with added user SPAM review functionality.
Hexamail Guard now offers all of the SPAM blocking and review features of competing products in a single email gateway server product.
In addition to enhanced detection features such as intelligent URL analysis, image analysis and improved Bayesian pattern matching, a secure web based interface has been added to allow users to review their own SPAM quarantines, and individually whitelist senders.
Helge Gallefoss of Norwegian ISP Workzone reports "Hexamail's functionality provide us with added effectiveness in dealing with spam, as the new web access allows each user to manage their own SPAM quarantine. This is extremely interesting to us to ensure false positives are history!"
