Bytesector published a comparison review between the Intel 945G and 955X chipset

With Intel releasing new chipsets about once every a year, we see the emergence of two new chipsets this May (almost one year following the launch of the 915 and 925X chipsets). Last month, Intel announced their 955X performance chipset along with their Pentium 840 dual-core extreme-edition processor. Today, Intel announced the lesser, mainstream chipset, the 945(P/G) along with two new processors including the Pentium 670 (3.8GHz Prescott) and the Pentium 820 (2.8GHz dual-core). Of course, I became very curious to see how these two new chipsets compared to each other and whether there was much of a performance advantage of the 955X over the 945G chipset.
