3-Way Mechanical RGB Keyboard Battle

Over the past couple of weeks I've received mechanical gaming keyboards from Creative and Razer, the Sound BlasterX Vanguard K08 and BlackWidow Chroma V2. To flesh this out into a true three-way battle, we're comparing them against Corsair's K70 RGB Rapidfire, which we rated as the best for gaming in our Best Keyboards article last year. Let's see if this still holds true.

AMD Ryzen R5 1500X Quad-Core AM4 Processor Review

Following on from our coverage of the Ryzen R7 series of 8-core, 16-thread processors, the Ryzen R7 1700, Ryzen R7 1700X, and the Ryzen R7 1800X, we kick things off today with a look at the more affordable Ryzen R5 series! The R5 are designed to be a bit more mainstream than the R7 series, offering 4 and 6 core variants, with 8 and 12 threads respectively, while also offering a much lower price point.

Cherry MX Board 6.0 Keyboard Review: A Most Comfortable Tank

Unlike most other hardware that gets swapped out frequently, the interaction between a user and their keyboard is a lot more intimate. It is a device that is literally touched every day and is almost an extension of the user’s personality. If it is to be used every day and it is to be expected to perform in the same

Mad Catz F.R.E.Q.9 Wireless Surround Headset Review

At launch the rather expensive F.R.E.Q.9 Wireless Headset by Mad Catz was considered to be among the top headsets of its class not only due to its impressive audio clarity and accuracy but also due to its excellent build quality and available connectors thanks to its audio box. 2+ years later and with its price reduced by over 70% due to EOL status the F.R.E.Q.9 is by far the best headset of its class today.

MSI GT73VR Titan GTX 1070 SLI Gaming Laptop Review

Getting massive amounts of performance from a desktop system is easy, you just buy the big graphics cards, the big power supply, big coolers, and plug it all in. Trying to get massive amounts of power in a laptop form factor, however, is not so easy. The latest system from MSI is designed for those who need something that's just as powerful as an enthusiast grade desktop system but has just enough portability to be mobile. While at its heart this is setup in a way to be a powerful gaming system, it's configuration means it'll power through workstation tasks, rendering, even scientific applications if you really need to. Of course, all this performance doesn't come cheap, and you won't be getting much change from £3000, but do you get good value for money? Let's take a look!

PowerColor Radeon RX 570 Red Devil Review

RX 570 takes a bow. The Radeon RX 500 series have come out to play in the mainstream graphics space armed with higher frequencies. AMD's chief aim is to ensure that these GPUs, based on the existing RX 400 series, offer enough extra performance to make the choice between them and GeForce GTX 1060 easier for the consumer looking to spend between £150 and £250.

Having seen RX 580 strut its stuff in the form of the Sapphire Nitro+ OC, we now turn our attention to the cheaper RX 570. This time around, it's PowerColor who gets the AIB nod.
