NZXT Phantom 820 Full Tower Case Review

Posted by Philipp Esselbach on: 10/15/2012 08:12 AM [ Print | 0 comment(s) ]

Hi Tech Legion posted a review on the NZXT Phantom 820 Full Tower Case

The idea of customization is particularly attractive to the computer enthusiast. Some boutique builders are even targeting them with custom paint jobs. Then of course there are the modding community that is always determined to make something special. Making something unique without starting with a quality product is nearly impossible. I am continuously impressed by some of the modifications that I see from many of the modding communities. NZXT certainly appears to have answered the call for a quality product with the new NZXT Phantom 820 full tower case.

The NZXT Phantom 820 full tower case is the next flagship case design to come from their crafted series. The Phantom 820 is larger than the original in width and height but smaller in depth, with a size of 235mm x 650mm x 612mm. NZXT kept the general aesthetics the same but many of the features have been upgraded and improved. NZXT integrated their Hue lighting control system directly into the case allowing you to customize the lighting colors within your case. The Phantom 820 is easily adjusted to fit many different cooling configurations. Customizable cooling coupled with a built in fan speed controller that features four 15W channels and a total of twelve internal leads, means that the new Phantom will support some serious cooling.
