PC Apex posted a review on the Philips 190G6FB 19" LCD TV/Monitor

I couldn't get the smile off my face when I received the invitation to review this piece of gear. The not yet released in the US Philips 190G6 19 LCD monitor. I'd seen some promotional pictures of it and heard this was touted to be a great monitor for gaming? and I really wanted to see what the hype was all about.
