Aerocools Project 7 P7-C1 Pro case reviewed

Tempered-glass case windows are probably the most popular design choice in PC chassis this year, perhaps even more so than RGB LEDs. Aerocool's Project 7 P7-C1 Pro evolves the design choices of the Project 7 P7-C0 that I reviewed a while back to serve a different kind of builder. The P7-C1 trades away dual tempered-glass side panels in exchange for better top-mounted radiator support, and it offers an improved RGB LED control arrangement to better harmonize its trio of RGB LED fans and front LED accent with other Technicolor components.

AMD Navi spotted in Linux drivers

It appears that next-generation GPU architecture from AMD is already making an appearance in the drivers. AMD NAVI: GFX10 As you might remember, Vega architecture was codenamed GFX9. The next gen would, therefore, be called GFX10 and that's exactly what we can find in the latest Linux driver.

ASUS ROG Strix Z370-I Gaming Review

With the ROG Strix Z370-I Gaming, ASUS has a well equipped mini-ITX motherboard in its portfolio, which comes with a bunch of interesting features. There are for example two M.2 Gen 3 x4 slots and an internal USB 3.1 connector. Apart from that the design is quite similar to the previous model.

ASUS Tinker Board Review

Maker culture has been going from strength to strength. The Arduino has been instrumental in this development, and the hugely successful Raspberry Pi (https://www.kitguru.net/desktop-pc/leo-waldock/a-look-at-the-raspberry-pi/) has taken the revolution further with a full computing device for as little as £20. But these were just the beginning, and now ASUS is hoping to grab a bit of the action with its Tinker Board.

Corsair Void Pro RGB USB Review

If you're after a nice-sounding USB gaming headset in the $80 price bracket, you should keep a close eye on the Corsair Void Pro RGB USB. Even though the microphone quality isn't on the same level as the rest of the headset, it's still an interesting choice for anyone who's not concerned with serious streaming and voiceovers.

Dell XPS 13 9560 Review

Today we’re taking a look at the brand new Dell XPS 13 9560. You won't be able to tell from the outside, but the latest XPS 13 has received a single important update compared to the model that launched towards the end of 2016: the move to Intel's 8th-gen Kaby Lake-R processors.

Even though it’s a simple CPU swap, it's a big upgrade for the XPS 13 considering the performance difference between the dual-core Kaby used previously, and the new quad-core parts. Initial testing we performed a few months ago showed performance gains nearing 50%, but of course, we’ll explore more of that later.

FSP Hydro PTM 750W Power Supply Review

FSP Group is one of the few actual power supply manufacturers and can be found providing OEM services for a number of other brands at various times including OCZ, Zalman, AOpen, Antec, SilverStone, Super Talent, Sigma, and many more. This wide distribution of power supplies by FSP is not surprising given that it has been in business since 1993 and is one of the top 10 producers of power supplies in the world. FSP has previously been regarded as a manufacturer of basic workhorse type power supplies that "just gets the job done". However, over the last couple of years FSP has put a good bit of effort into developing a number of high powered and higher end computer power supplies at the retail level. Today, we are seeing a new product representing a new product line from FSP, the Hydro PTM 750W (HPT750M).

Logitechs Craft keyboard reviewed

When it comes to keyboards, Logitech's focus in the last couple years has been firmly in the gaming space. It seems like the company has released a mechanical gaming keyboard for just about every crowd. And while we do love to cuddle up with a good PC game as often as possible, there's work to be done, and sometimes the keyboard best-suited for gaming isn't the one for writing and Photoshopping. That's where Logitech's Craft keyboard comes in.

Nitro Concepts S300 Gaming Chair Review

Every since being introduced to my first gaming chair earlier this year I feel that it is a necessity every serious gamer, or person who plans on sitting in front of computer screen for a long period of time should invest in. We spend quite a lot of money on the components inside of our PCs, but we really should also think about what is outside and what we are sitting on for very long periods of time. Today we will be checking out the S300 gaming chair from Nitro Concepts, they tell us it the best chair they’ve ever built. Let’s take it for a spin and see how it compares to the other gaming chair’s we’ve reviewed over the past year.

SteelSeries Arctis 3 Gaming Headset Review

SteelSeries is a popular Danish manufacturer of PC gaming peripherals and we’ve looked at several of their products here at LegitReviews over the years. In March 2017, I looked at the SteelSeries Arctis 7 Wireless Gaming Headset and came away thoroughly impressed with the design and comfort of the headset, giving it an Editors’ Choice Award. Today, I am looking at the SteelSeries Arctis 3 Gaming Headset, the most basic offering in the Arctis headset lineup. With the Arctis 7 being a great gaming headset that I still use on a regular basis, I am looking forward to seeing what the entry level Arctis 3 ($64.99 shipped) brings to the table.

Top5 AMD B350 motherboards

For $60, the Asrock AB350M can't be beat as the best entry-level B350 board. Apart from the fact that there aren't any cheaper B350 boards available, it wins for the simple fact that it beats everything priced between $60 and $75. In fact, the next best board would be the Pro4 version which packs two extra DIMM slots.

The Asrock AB350M might only offer two DIMM slots but you get a real 3-phase vcore VRM with extra chokes, and M.2 support. The rest of the board is pretty basic but there's nothing inherently bad about the design or feature set and you get a great motherboard for the price.

Those seeking USB Type-C will want the Pro4 version of the AB350M for $75, which also offers display connectivity including DVI, VGA and HDMI for folks who plan to buy an APU.
