The Fitting of the molexes is somple, just remove the original molex pin with a small screwdriver or molex extraction tool, and snap them in. a little tip i have for you here is this: when re-inserting the pins into a female (PSU side) molex, plug in a pre fitted male molex, off a fan or something, and match up the wires. this'll mean you get the colours, and more importently, the voltages right. if not, something may (will) go boom!
