Microsoft has released Windows 7 Professional Pack for Small Business Server 2011 is an add-in for Windows Small Business Server 2011 Essentials.
The add-in simplifies some aspect of managing client computers running Windows 7 operating system. The Windows 7 Professional Pack for Windows Small Business Server 2011 simplifies the activation and configuration of security settings, real-time backup of user data, and offline access to user files that are stored on the server. Security settings and real-time back up of user data are achieved by using the following features in the Windows 7 operating system: • For security settings: Windows Update, Network Firewall, and Windows Defender. • For real-time back up of user data: Folder Redirection and Offline Files.Windows SBS 2011 Essentials and Windows 7 Professional provide small businesses a way to centrally manage networking, security, and backup features in client computers running Windows 7 Professional, Windows 7 Ultimate and Windows 7 Enterprise editions. The Windows 7 Professional Pack for Small Business Server 2011 is simple to set up and configure with an easy to follow wizard.
