Dedoimedo posted a tutorial on the new recovery options in Windows 8
Here's a neat tutorial introducing the new recovery options in Windows 8, including Refresh, which lets you restore the system to its default settings without touching personal data, and Reset, which will completely remove all personal files and apps and restore the system to the default state. If you're not keen on using system imaging and data backups, these solutions might be ideal for you.
