WinTasks4 Professional Review

Many months ago I was looking around for an Windows 98 equivalent of the Task Manager as found in Windows NT-based operating systems. While there were a few pieces of software that did the job they either didn't cover the same points, or (as with the case of the Win9x Task Manager I found) didn't always stay up for too long. While I no longer have a computer around actively running Windows 98, when I received a piece of news about tweaking a computers setup and performance using a program called WinTasks 4 Professional (which looked to be a piece of software I could have used those many months ago) made by LIUtilities, my interest was perked.
