Boot from the Windows 2000 CD, & use the Recovery Console option.
(First of all, so you know ahead of time - You will either have to know, or look for, the name of your printdrivers' .sys file here too in the LISTSVC command once you logon to Recovery Console!)
The LISTSVC command displays all services & drivers you can alter their startup method with.
The DISABLE command allows you to stop them from loading (& most likely what you'll be using)
