Trouble with Sims2 and old Sims Unleashed

Well, I have a problem with the old Sims Unleashed. I bought the Sims2 game and really enjoyed it, and then I got the sims Unleashed for the old Sims game, thinking that there would be no problems with installing it.

Not sure if this is the right forum. But I have two machines with win98. Machines will show that the network is working and can share files etc. However when in RA95 both machines show network running in the game but one machine returns to menu not in to game to play when you join.

im having trouble putting the punching glove thingy in a series of unfortuna events together. it just spins the stupid can around and around and ive tried every button on the ps2 controller. please if you know how to assemble it tell me!!!!!!!.

Carmageddon 3 - can't beat mission

I've been under Carmageddon 3 craze for a while now and I haven't used a single cheat in the game yet. But I can't beat the mission Population Control in Necropolis. If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it.

I've tried running this game using drivers 4. 2 up to the current 4. 10. However, at various points, I get game crashes. The solution may be switching to a fully DirectX 9 compatible card (Nvidia or at least ATi Radeon 9200).

I recently got a Optirite cd rewriter and when I installed it on my computer it tells me that it is not compatable with my atapi. . . . . . . . . . . I'm not to sure what to do and I already had to reinstall windows once.

DVD External Enclosure error

I just got an external enclosure for a dvd burner. When i plug only the power supply in, the dvd drive opens jsut fine. However, wheni plug in the ide too the drive no longer functions. The light doesnt even turn on.

Please can someone tell me what to do with this error. I have XPPro and new Dell computer, specs are high so no probs there but when i have downloaded Red Alert 2 and played it for awhile for some reason after a few days i go to play and it comes up with this error.

AverMedia TV 98 and XP problems

I've just recently upgraded my system from 98SE to XP Pro. Now my Avermedia card and XP aren't getting along. It no longer runs! Anyone have suggestions on what drivers I need or what procedure I need to follow to get it running again? Thanks.

GeFroce 6600gt agp problem

Hi, I just got the Geforce 6600gt agp card, and everytime i go to open a game, the intro plays ok, then the screen shuts off and the computer goes into safe mode. I have update the drivers and my bios (using asus a7n8x) and it still hasn't helped.

I have been running 2 win me computers on a network with a 4 port router and have added a xp machine. I have set up networking on the xp machine and can ping all the computers but can not gain access to the xp machine even though i have changed the firewall and put the shared folder acess in.

Hey Everybody, I dont know if im just not that familiar with common optical mouse problems or whether i discoverd a new one,BUT my little black Microsoft Optical Mouse is starting to act wierd. win 2000 Server fails to start at first Login

I am having win 2000 server. Whenever I am trying to login to it it refuses to show anything. I have log off every time by pressing ctrl+alt+del and again log in with same admin id and password. Any idea why this is happening? Regds ppc.
