Toshiba recovery issue

Hello, I am currently using a toshiba satellite laptop. last week, I decided to reboot my computer with the Toshiba recovery cd becuase of some mishaps, upon startup i boot the recovery cd and it goes to the recovery mode where it reaches 28% and then a pop up window comes up Question: Output A:\GHOST.

Here's the fix for Resident Evil 3 on Windows XP. Verified.

Search your computer for dxdiag and run it. Then go to the sound tab and lower your sound hardware aceleration to basic and try it now (it wont hurt if you set compatibility on the re3. exe file to win98/95).

I have a non-bootable Win2K drive (invalid system disk, press any key. . . . ). I do not have a Win2K CD to attempt a repair, so I installed the disk as a slave in a XP Pro workstation & copied ntldr, ntdetect, & boot.

I am suddenly getting a message when I try to use my scanner that it cannot be initialized because the scanner cannot be found. What can be casuing this to suddenly occur and how can I fix it? I have tried everything I know to do.

Keyboard cause computer to freeze, please help!!

Hi, I have a PB Laptop it was working fine until yesterday,now everytime i press a key on the keyboard (any key) the computer freezes and has to be restarted. The mouse is working fine and all the programs but as soon as i touch the keyboard it freezes, so i cannot type anything.

Win XP SP2 - no sound card detected

On this computer I have a sound card which is built into the motherboard. When I had win XP home edition the sound card worked, When I had win XP Pro edition the sound card worked, But now I have win XP pro SP2 edition and windows says I have no sound card.

I can not get CandC WWW to run on my computer. I have WinXP home serv. pack two. I tried to run compatiblity mode, I even tried to do partition magic but it wanted Win98 to be the dominant op. system what should I do? Also CandC the first decade is almost out is it formated for XP?.

I know there's nothing wrong with the cd because it's installed on another computer, is this the fault?
