Dungeon Keeper 2 and Vista

hi all, i am trying to get dungeon keeper 2 running on vista 32 bit and i have seem to have hit a wall, im aware of the many posts on this topic already but i seem to be having a unique problem from what i can see.

i managed to fix my laptop only to be a bright spark and begin installing windows again coz it desperatly needed it. however i didnt realise i need some special toshiba xp disc to do this and now windows xp wont work properly at all.

hi i'm having problems running dungeon 3d on my computer. . it says its not a guilty win32 program and i have tryed to set it to work with windows95 but didnt work ethier so what shall i do??.

Vista Beta 2 Internet Connection Problems

I've been trying to get Windows Vista (both 5270 & the new build) to connect to the internet with out any luck. The strange part is that it shows I'm connected, but the browser will never connect. I haven't loaded any softrware or made any changes except to IPv4 settings.

Weird power pulsing problem

This morning my second computer started playing up, it seemd to have no power, even the fans could only run at very slow speeds. I thought the PSU was faulty so I put a spare Thermaltake 750 watt PSU in.

virus or summin which wont dissapear

i recently got a bloodhound virus through msn. a freind apparently sent me a file. i later discovered that it wasnt her. but norton did not detect this even after scanning the file. . so i deleted it but i begun getting norton popups telling me that my outgoing emails could not b sent.

Save results in "Not Responding" message

I recently switched from a workgroup to a domain environment. All users are unable to save to their local hard drive. As soon as you pull up the save as dialog, the application hangs. This happens with any program (Word, Notepad, Excel, etc etc).

Screen resolution changes on startup

I have a 1280x800 resolution laptop. Im not sure if im infected with a virus but on startup, on most occasions i find that my screen resolution has changed to 1024X768. I cant even change it back because my display properties>settings shows only the 800X600 and the 1024x768 options.

I have Version 7 of windows Internet Explorer on my system. Windows XP service pack 3. When I click on it , all I get is another shortcut on the desktop. If I right click on the main icon,all that comes up is.

Two offices + MPLS / Managed Firewall

Hi, So Let's say I have two offices in the east and west coast (shouldn't matter). The west coast office is on subnet A and East coast is on subnet B. The West Coast has a fractional T1, 1 server and 8 users w/o firewall support (since its mitigated by east coast office) and on domain: abc.

no sound driver on laptop or computer

hi all a couple of problems. . . 1st. . both my desktop and laptop seem to be missing a sound device and/or driver. i need to know how to fix this problem. 2nd. . i tried installing realtek ac97 audio software and it has somehow removed the cd drive on the laptop.

Custom install CD with extra drivers?

Is there any way to add drivers to the XP installation so I could finally get rid of the goddamn legacy 3. 5 floppy drive? I'm trying to install XP on a serial ata hdd but it won't be recognised unless I give the drivers on a floppy disk(not even a USB floppy will do).
