I had this problem too. What you need to do is insert the dungeon keeper gold cd. Go into the folder called DK-DK3D or something like that. IT IS NOT THE 'Keeper' folder. In the DK3D folder there should be a copy of keepd3d.exe and deepd3d.exe copy and paste these to where you installed dungeon keeper. Click yes when it asks to replace. Make sure the game is in win95 compatibility mode and the game should run when you click the exe file. Let me know if this helps. As for the scrolling hold down the right mouse button and quickly move across the scroll down button. It should only scroll a little bit otherwise it means you are holding over the arrow for too long. If that is too hard you could try Cpukiller. It doesn't work too well if you have a dual core processor. If you're too stuck after that then go to this page and download the savegames: http://www.bumcheekcity.com/pages/82-dungeon-keeper
