Any idea how to get this to work? It seems that FF doesn't work in Win2k (hopefully it will), but is there a way I can at least get the wheel to install?

i am trying to install my external cd-writer under windows 2114 and it seem not to work. . . maybe it's me. . . . hope so it use the shurestore adapter for parallel to scsi need more information to make it work.

Here you can find a beta driver with D3D, didn't test it yet. . . . . . . . Let me know if it works. No directdraw support anymore, you can't have everything :-((.

Does any1 know if Permedia2 video cards work well under Win2k RC2? My frieds is in love with SoftImage and he want to upgrade from NT4 to 2000. I just wonder if the card will work well under 2000 with SoftImage.

i have a stb tv pci tuner card without the fm and i got the newest drivers for the card but i still can't get it to work with win 2000. i know it's probally an old card but i need it i have no other way to get my web camera to work.

Unreal Tournament hangs

Running NT SP5 450mhz Vodoo3 128meg RAM, 300 meg free disk space. Unreal Tournament runs fine for about 2 minutes then it hangs my NT, needs to be rebooted. Anyone seen this? Ideas?.

Ok, i have a voodoo3 3500 and i followed all of the instructions from the site, but, when i reboot with the changes, i get a really messed up screen. . . flickering, cant make out anything. I noticed that there are no NT drivers for the 3500 on 3dfx's site.

I have noticed, on every win2k build I have (including the latest RC2) that my PS2 mouse doesnt seem to be immediate in games, namely Quake II. Has anybody else experienced anything similar? (i have tried with numerous PS2 mice using different built in PS2 drivers and also increased the sampling rate.

Abit BP6 and ATA66

I have BP6 motheboard and planning to get ATA66 HD. I heard that Abit has no drivers for the controller. Does it mean that Win2k will not be able to see the HD on the ATA66 controller? Or will it just work as a ATA33 ??????.

Hi there. I was able to run the demo (2072, G200/V2 SLI and SB Live) and I love it. I guess I played the only mission like 50 times The mainpage lists it as a no-go on a system with TNT2/MX300. . . .

Two NICs?

Hey, anyone know if RC1 can support two NICs? This is in a dual cpu machine FYI, the cards work fine when they are by themselves, but stick both of them in and system freezes at the start-up screen. Any help appreciated, thanks.

I tried all the solutions I've seen everywhere, it's useless. I don't even want to BOOT on a 66 HD ! I want to be able to SEE it, that's all ! installing the 1. 10 HPT BIOS, using beta drivers 1. 00.

Hi, Just recently installed Win2k / 2128, No problems with the install, all hardware went ok, except for the matrox display drivers but that seems to work now though even the nt drivers did work also.
