Need Advices: Event ID (1001) in Source (SQLCTR70)

Hi There, I keep getting the following error inside the application log after the reboot. The same error had occured on both W2KPro and NT4 Server. Any Idea? Here is the log: The description for Event ID ( 1001 ) in Source ( SQLCTR70 ) cannot be found.

i use adaptec eazy cd creator deluxe 4. 02 i noticed there was a update for windows 2000 i installed it system rebooted and now my cd rw icon has a x going through it and it dosnt allow me to use my cd rw but i can still play cd's off it just cant write to them or rewrite???.

I have a samsung 8x DVD player. . lately i cant seem to get Win DVD 2k or Ravisent Cinemaster2000 to work in win2000. . strangely enough Power DVD works fine. this has happend only recently in my latest win2000 install (i tried Win Me) WIN DVD 2k will start but it is jumpy as hell.

Mirrored Drives - Broke Mirror - Now got problem

Hopefully someone can help me. We had our PDC at the office set up with two identical SCSI drives, set to software raid 0 (mirroring). Tonight I was going to upgrade to Windows 2000, and in preparation, I broke the mirror so we could keep the second drive as a backup in case anything went wrong.

Okay can anyone help installed winblinds to try it did not like it uninstalled it now my icons seem to go white not all of them but a few sometimes.
