Ok does anyone else have this problem. . i'm hooked up to a dsl line using pppoe to connect. . . things run fine but in 1-2 days my connection dies and i have to call them to give me a new password, because when i try to reconnect it says bad password.

I was trying this game under Win2K but the sound is really really bugged. . . when a sound occured, it is repeated. . . not exactly like an echo. . . it's like u play a wav in repeat mode with media player.

I use Windows Explorer quite a lot. Every time I open a folder for the first time with it, I get the Large Icons view. I'd prefer the Details view. Does anybody know how to change it? I've searched the MS Knowledge Base backwards and forwards on this one with no luck.

Ok, its pretty much agreed upon that the SB Live! has some problems. And I have read that the EAX in W2K is not hardware accelerated either. So what IS the 3D card to get now? The TB Santa Cruz? After installation, the system hangs while loading windows. I get a BSOD saying something about ntoskrnl. exe. PS. Win2K is installed on the same hard drive with winMe. If this a common error, please let me know.

Apologies for asking such a dated question. I am attempting to install Baldur's Gate 1 on a WinNT 4. 0 (6a) machine. I saw that it was listed as being compatible on NTcompatible. com's list. Attempting to run the install from either the game's launcher or using the setup.

Massive prob with new card

I have a gf2 mx and I've used drivers 6. 34, 6. 47, & 7. 17 and I still get flickering in my games. Vsync is off and so is antialias, does anyone know how to fix this problem? I also have another problem with my tv-out,whenever I use the refresh rate fix, it screws out my config and I can't use my tv-out anymore.

Just installed the latest logitech drivers in win2k and now my mouse wont allow me to click both buttons at once. Tried uninstalling but the windows drivers now give me the same problem, as well as earlier logitech versions.
