Hi Guys, I have Sound Blaster Live and 4 Surround Speakers. When I choose Quad Speakers or Surround, it doesn't give sound in other speaker. I dont get any sound in the other rear speakers. I know I can use Liveware but it is very unstable, any way to get it working.

I just installed office 10 beta 2 and set outlook as my defualt mail browser. After i set the accounts up, i started recieving a message everytime i tried to read a file. . . it says something along the lines that there was another program trying to access my mail, and if its a virus, you should pick no.

Windows 2000 and copied CDs ?????

I have no problem running original CDs, but as if i want to play copied CD-s, they install fine, but when i replace. exe file, and double click on it, there is always some error. It is 100% crack thing.

I'm wondering if I may now have too many applications for my computer. It seems applicatations are taking longer to load than previously (i. e as I keep adding more software). BTW, I only install applications from vendors (in other words I don't ever install betas, or download games or install freebies).

Got a HP CDRW 9100 and want burn at 10x ? [read in]

I read on some newsgroups that it was possible to flash the 9100 with the 9300 firmware using Sonys flashtool with HP's firmware. I could not resist to try it out and after some nailbiting, booting win2k and testburning I can tell you it worked *great* ! All apps and windows see the drive as a 9300+.

Masters of Orion II and Win2K issues

I'm having trouble getting Masters of Orion II to run on my laptop with Win2K. The game is the 95/98 version of MOOII. Game ran fine on same laptop before Win2K upgrade (Win95), and runs fine on Win2K dektop computers.

Here at work they decided to install SMS 2. 0 (SP1). On all our Win98 machines, when our logon scripts run, if not now, it WILL happen eventually - the systems lock up. When you hit CTRL+ALT+DEL, the same program is not responding - MPREXE.

Hi, I use an MS Intellimouse Explorer plus latest intellipoint (3. 2) driver under Win2K. Recently my mouse cursor start to move erratic, whenever i try to move it arround it jumps in other position near original.
