Hi! I´ve been using Clony XL (not XXL), Clone CD 3. 3. x, TCCD, Daemon-Tools, and other utilities that allow me to make a nice legal backup copy of my best original games!!! Once and a while I update all my software, when possible.

compatibility mode in win2k sp3

Since i re-installed win2+sp3 i lost the compatibility mode tab (like the one in xp) and the compatibility update installer that added the feacture says that the it's already included in sp3. can anybody help me get it back i realy need the compatibility mode.

I have an Intel Play ME2 Cam. Intel is not making drivers for Windows XP. I have seen on the homepage of this website where you can download drivers for it. I downloaded the drivers for it and now I do not know where to extract the files to.

In Win nt under control panel lot of options are there particularly Services to start/stop any services but in win 2k this particular thing is missing. Where can i find this in win2k. .

Windows Messenger Still Runs In Outlook XP...

Even after I have unchecked the option to have Outlook XP run Messenger when I launch the program, it still runs a process in the background that enables people to see my online status and send me messages even though Windows Messenger is not running in my system tray or taskbar.

Hi folks! After i innstalled SP3 on the win 2000 servers, it seems like the replication doesn't work correctly. When i'm registrating a new user in AD, he is getting registrated, but he doesn't get an e-mail adress based on recipient policy.

Can you use DVD's, etc on a RAID controller?

Can you use regular IDE devices (zip, cdrom, etc) on an onboard RAID controller? Basically can the RAID controller double as an extra IDE controller? If so, do you lose any performance? what's the downside drawbacks? I basically don't want to use RAID 0 function anymore because of reliability issues.

:x Just upgraded to 2 New Maxtor 80Gig 7200RPM ATA 100 drives with the 8MB Cache Buffers. A great deal at $106 each. Will be running IDE RAID 0 Stripe. I have run both XP and 2K SP2, now I am toying with the idea of XP again.

I am in a 1200 node network here and I have to look through about 200 Servers/PC's in My network places to get to things sometimes.

W2K Dialing the Internet after SP3 and other updates?

Hi I have a strange problem. When I start W2K it dials out to the internet. I recently installed SP3, Updated Internet explorer 5. 5, updated security and Installed Borland C++ Builder 6. System configuration: CUSL2C networked to Dell W98 machine shairing dial up internet connection through the Dell.
