Slight problems installing. Notices the system is not Win95, click yes and it continues. Also errors out with not enough drive space, but this is because it leaves the install directory blank. Type in your directory of choice, and it installs. Working on a SMP Celeron system, 3D acceleration on. Frames jerky at times, but not terrible. There is a patch for this game, but it's not related to Win2000 issues.
