NOTES: DO NOT install the PGP VPN/Network option, IT WILL DELETE THE TCP/IP PROTOCOL FROM YOUR SYSTEM. See Microsoft KB: Q286562 Despite what the KB article says, I was able to restore TCP/IP after uninstalling PGP by opening the properties on my Ethernet card and selecting "Add New Protocol" --> "Have Disk" which I pointed to c:winntinf and selected the TCP/IP protocol. Also, I wouldn't recommend installing the PGP Outlook Express plug-in feature either, because it makes the OE buttons disappear. I don't know about the PGP Outlook Plugin, but I assume the same problem would occur there. I am running Windows XP Home (Retail). Also don't forget to install the PGP 7.0.3 security fixes from http://www.pgpi.org/products/pgp/versions/freeware/win32/7.0.3/
