I was told by QuickBooks Rep that QB 99 would most likely corrupt the program and files if installed and used on Windows XP Home Edition.
I have been using it for 3 weeks now with no problems yet. However, I still make back-up copies of all the Intuit Program files and my company files just in case.

Evidently it has been opened 25 times. Three of those times i could not get to the registration web site because we are on a DSL connection and do not have to dial. I cannot use the program now.
