1. Tape drive shows as device without driver 2. Right-click, select properties. Click Reinstall Driver. 3. Select option to show you a list of devices to choose from. 4. Select Tape drives 5. Choose QIC-157 IDE (YES, IDE!) 6. Finish and drive will function perfectly. Successfully using on 2 machines.
