Installation Instructions for "PCI Input Device"
Cerative Labs SBLive! Game Port.

1: Frist go to c:\winnt\inf\
You need del this wdma10k1.PNF
(it will make a new one after drivers reload)
You need to edit wdma10k1.inf
==================================================
look for this line:
;; Gameport
;%*PCIJOY.DeviceDesc%=PCI8010J_Device,PCI\VEN_1102&DEV_7002&SUBSYS_00201102
;%*MSJSTICK.DeviceDesc%=CTL7010_Device,*CTL7001

Remove the leading ";" in the two bottom lines in Gameport-Sektion of
wdma10k1.inf.
Should look like this:
;; Gameport
%*PCIJOY.DeviceDesc%=PCI8010J_Device,PCI\VEN_1102&DEV_7002&SUBSYS_00201102
%*MSJSTICK.DeviceDesc%=CTL7010_Device,*CTL7001
