This is a discussion about 2kliveware? wich liveware? in the Windows Hardware category; I did the HUGE mistake to install the windows 2k liveware. After a great and absolutely perfect installation, my machine when rebooted crashed in a very spectacular way. The windows for some reason refuse to load beacause the EMUKF1.
I did the HUGE mistake to install the windows 2k liveware. After a great and absolutely perfect installation, my machine when rebooted crashed in a very spectacular way. The windows for some reason refuse to load beacause the EMUKF1.SYS causes an error, and then the system reboots. No matter what i tried tried the system refused to boot using this driver set wich creative provides. Does enyone have a clue why this happens?

This is the most common problem with the new liveware2k drivers. Read back through the history, you'll find the solution, but i'm personally tired of posting it.
