Is the modem connected through a network card?
Your modem is an internal one.
I'm afraid you are stuck for the time being. It seems they have no Win2k driver for it, only Win95/98/NT4
You better try to ask your isp to trade it for an external one, which you will access through a nic card.
BTW I know a little bit about Alcatel. They are not much aware of end-user probs.
They are only interested in doing business with big isps.
