This is a discussion about A bone to pick with 3dfx in the Windows Hardware category; Grr. . that pissed me off today seing that the SECOND beta driver for the Voodoo 3 had been released before there were any drivers out for the Banshee and the rest of the cards. Grr.. that pissed me off today seing that the SECOND beta driver for the Voodoo 3 had been released before there were any drivers out for the Banshee and the rest of the cards. No offence to voodoo 3 users, and I know I should probably upgrade (but why bother with the voodoo 4 and 5 around the corner), but it's now long after the release of win2k and STILL no supported drivers at all for the banshee! I understand that their priorities are for the newer cards, but they should release drivers for each card before they start releasing 2nd betas in my opinion.
