I got them for Win 2k and after many bad words and insults Mirascan cant find the scanner. . . . . . . . . . . Any help or suggestions will be meet with much praise and adderation.

I have my 310U workin in w2k for monthsnow, they have my commendation for they made 48bit working for FREE in their w2k driver upgrade for my scanner. Though very few apps. work with 48bit color space other than lightwave, pshop, etc. And the fdifference is no where signifiant if u are not having dye sublimation prints on poster size printouts.
The screwey thing is, it worked before, then I reinstalled 2k, tryed what I did before and nothing, then I got the newest stuff from Acer and now nothing works...............

I have problem will the USB driver for the 310U scanner, too. I download and installed the driver. Windows 2000 detected my scanner after turning it on. But I was unable to use it. When I click on the property....the driver and the scanner is there but problem at the TWAIN part.....Can anyone help me??
