This is a discussion about acpi in the Windows Hardware category; well my machine was not showing up as acpi under computer in device manager so I manuled installed acpi dual processor and my machine would not boot it just showed startup screen then reset so i booted into millenium and used recover of w2k and it worked and my puter shows up as acpi now.

Where do i look

any help wold be good and just to let you know i installed 3.75 video drivers no prob but dont realy see any difference.
