Ive got a problem with my teles isdn card and my lifeview tv card
whnever iam in acpi mode and i have my tv card drivers installed, the com puter crashes
when i try do to a hardware test in the teles drivers. But when iamin standard pc mode it works
fine no problems i think it might be a irq sharing problem (in acpi mode all the cards are on
the same irq in my case 9)
My question is how can i separate the irqs and still mantain the system powering
down by itself when i shut down (in standard pc mode it just shows a windows saying now i can
switch off the coputer)
My system is
Athlon 700
Fic sd11 with latest 611 bios
sb live
teles isdn
lifeview tv card
creative riva tnt 16mb
20gb western digital
256mb memory
win2k

OP
I saw those power options when i was in acpi mode but when i change to standard pc mode they disappear
I dont know what to do maybe its a bios thing ive been looking around the apm options maybe its one on them but iam not sure .
i just want the machine in standard pc mode and powering down by itself when i shutdown , is that so difficult to do ???!!! win 98 does it and well !!!
