But there is only options for explorer folder view.
 
Is there any way to turn off active desktop thats on desktop's background?

Right click on your desktop > Properties > Web > uncheck 'Show Web content on my Active Desktop'.

er, no, in whistler, not 2k or other OS. Whistler doesnt have the options in the normal place, if anywhere. It seems to need activedesktop to do its new interface stuff, like the icon selection. But if you find how to disable it, lemme know, as im sure it would be quicker and slightly more responcive without it.
