According to most people, there is absolutely no way for NTFS to ead FAT32 or vice versa
According to some people (who's email isn't working) there exist an utility allowing NTFS to read FAT32 but not vice versa
WHERE CAN I FIND THIS SOFTWARE????

If you use "NTFS for Win98" it can only read NTFS_5. (Full access NTFS_4)
I have also seen ... and experienced ... problems whereby this program corrupts random NTFS files. Only install it if you really need it as it is still in Beta.

It's the final version now... but as stated above I would be very careful. Reading NTFS-Files is ok. But I won't write something on a NTFS-Disk. The other way writing from NTFS on a Fat32 partition works without problems.
