Anyone found a solution for WinTV FM pci hauppauge card?
This is a discussion about Anyone found a solution for WinTV FM pci hauppauge card? in the Windows Hardware category; Well for those who still didnt get their card working properly, like me, am wondering if anyone knows how to solve this 2 very iritating problems with Hauppauge WinTV FM pci cards: 1. WDM driver are not giving any sound at all, no matter what i do.
Well for those who still didnt get their card working properly, like me, am wondering if anyone knows how to solve this 2 very iritating problems with Hauppauge WinTV FM pci cards:
1. WDM driver are not giving any sound at all, no matter what i do.
2. VFM drivers are making funny dreaded streaks comming from the right side of the screen when you get the window over 320x240 in resolution.
As you can see, am pretty hacked to death with none of the 2 drivers working properly for me.
I appriciate any help, thanx.
This is what i tried:
0. All the crap with drivers and agp drivers and all that ****.
1. dissable PCI to CPU buffer
2. dissable PCI#2 retry #1 or whatever its called!
3. Different settings with sound propreties in windows and wintv2000 software.
4. Different settings with liveware software..
5. Tried calling GOD but he was bussy at that moment
6. Bill didnt answer the phone

Dual Pentium 1Ghz
256 Mb RAM
3D Prophet Geforce 1
Microstar 694D PRO
SBLive 1024!

Well I use Wintv pci FM and works great. I use Win2k306 drivers and Works in Win2k and Whistler

You have any special bios settings?
win2k306 drivers give me the streaks when i get the tv window over 320x240 in size...and i cant get rid of those streaks!
