Anyone get Advansys ABP 5140 working on Win2K

This is a discussion about Anyone get Advansys ABP 5140 working on Win2K in the Windows Hardware category; I've got an ABP-5140 SCSI card in my machine that I use for my Panasonic CD Burner. It works fine in Win98, but I'm having trouble getting it to work properly in Win2K. I know the card is not that great, but it suits my needs fine since it's only used for my burner.

Also, if I can't get it to work does anyone have any recommendations on a cheap SCSI card that works well with Win2000? Thanks

I can get it working in win2k with the generic scsi driver.
My zip drive and cdrom reader worked fine. I cant however get my writer working with it. It goes so far then gets an aspi error. I think the only way round this would be for advansys to release win2k drivers or replace the card.

Are we talking internal or external SCSI, because I found a $20 external SCSI that works perfectly with Win2k.
