Every once and awhile, when I got to play quake2 or 3 the openGL drivers respond very slowly. This is a geforce card running at .2fps. HORRIBLE! I asked around and my friends say that the openGL drivers dropped back to software rendering instead of utilizing the geforce. Anyone have any ideas on how to prevent this? The only way I found to get around it was to kill the installation and do a new one. That leads me to believe it might be a registry problem. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
